Gibraltar Masters' Lodge 3825

Gibraltar Masters Lodge was consecrated in 1918 and has held meetings regularly since, even during the Second World War, the exception being the global disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Gibraltar Masters Lodge, as the name suggests, is a Lodge for ‘Installed Masters’ who reside in Gibraltar. The peculiarity of this Lodge therefore is that membership is mixed between constitutions, and some members are not Masters from the English Constitution, but rather of the Scottish or Irish Lodges in Gibraltar.

Whilst a Masters’ Lodge does not conduct ceremonies given the nature of its qualifying membership, instead it is commonplace for Masonic lectures and short historical talks to be given, and ideas for charity fundraising to be discussed.

In February of 2018 a meeting was held at the Gibraltar Masonic Institute to mark the Centenary of the Gibraltar Masters Lodge: The Centenary Warrant at this meeting was presented by a deputation from Grand Lodge.

Please find below a list of the names of the first 105 years of Brethren who were installed in the chair of Gibraltar Masters Lodge (1918 to 2023).
