Who are Widows Sons Gibraltar?

Widows Sons is open to all Master Masons who, in combination with their enjoyment of Freemasonry, also share a passion for motorcycles. Contrary to popular belief, the Widows Sons Masonic Bikers Association also accept non-Masons (or Masons who have not yet completed their 3rd Degree) as members of their Association. These types of members are known as Associate members or Cornerstones.

Widows Sons Gibraltar are the Gibraltar branch of the international Widows Sons Masonic Bikers Association (WSMBA), which is the only Widows Sons Association in the UK that is recognised by the United Grand Lodge of England

What do WSG do?

Widows Sons Gibraltar organise a day’s Rideout every month and trips abroad three times a year. Additionally, Widows Sons focus a lot of time on working within the Gibraltarian community, which includes raising money for charities and giving their time and resources to establishments ingrained in the proudly inclusive and supportive culture of Gibraltar.

Working for the Local Community

The Association organises an annual Easter Egg Run whereby they distribute Easter Eggs to the patients at the Children's Ward at St Bernard’s Hospital, St Martins Special Needs School and St Bernard’s Occupational Therapy Centre.

In addition, they also actively support local charities such as The EV Foundation – a locally registered Charity that supports low-income families – as well as other worthy causes.
